Nightlife in Changkat Bukit Bintang

Changkat Bukit Bintang is located perpendicular to Jalan Bukit Bintang and Jalan Alor, It is popular due to its variety of dining options available here which sometimes dubbed the “United Nations of Fine Dining”. Visitors can finds international eateries and dishes from French (Le Bouchon), German (Deutches Haus), English (The Green Man), Brazillian (Bom Brazil Churrascaria), Italian (The Mogul House), Russian (Dusha), Cuban (Little Havana), Lebanese (The Al Bait), Japanese (Yoko’s), Indian (The Green Man) and Thai (Baan 26).

During the daytime, visitors will not see much happening here. However, things change later at night when all the establishments are in full swing. The whole street restaurants and pubs transform into vibrant nightspots bursting with energy. The whole street comes alive with lights and music all night long, and patrons partying and enjoying nightlife with alcoholic drinks. Some of the popular pubs along the street are Little Havana, Hemingway’s, Ceylon Bar and The Green Man.

Little Havana is a nice laid back Cuban Bar in Kuala Lumpur. It has three separate areas. The Courtyard, The Divan, and The Red Room. There are all in a Latin eye-catching décor and soothing Latin music. The Courtyard in al fresco atmosphere comes with comfortable tables and high bar stools. The Cigar Divan is furnished with comfortable sofas and rattan lounge seats which is a great place to relax and unwind with excellent selection of fine cigars from around the world. The Red Room at upstairs provides the opportunity to enjoy dancing to Latin rhythms, Salsa and Merengue and surprisingly, Tango Argentino too. It is also a venue that serves some irresistible and adventurous Cuban cuisine.

Hemingway’s

A Cuban theme and style decorated with antiques and artifacts, wine room & cigar Divan, 1st floor with sofa seating, double ceiling bar, all walls covered with Cuban lifestyle canvas art, plays Latin American Music. It is an excellent Cuban bar and a nice relaxing place to spend your night.

Deutsches Haus

Deutsches Haus is a fine German pub with German beer and traditional German cuisine that is deliciously served and well garnished. Definitely recommended for those interested to sample German dishes!

El Cerdo

El Cerdo means ‘The Pig’ in Spanish. It is one of the best western restaurants in Kuala Lumpur specializing in pork dishes. Its Award-Winning Master Chef specializes in home-cooked pork flavours from all over the world like Europe, the Caribbean and Mexico. Signature dish is the roast piglet where you need to literally break a plate before consuming the food, its part of the ‘culture’! Restaurant ambience and atmosphere is great. Prior booking is highly recommended on weekends as its difficult getting a table. Premium wines from around the world are available too.

Bom Brazil Churrascaria

Churrascaria means ‘Barbecue’ in Portuguese. With a wonderful platter of unique sausage, chicken, beef, fish and lamb, about 15 different types of meat, Bom Brazil has a delightful way for guests to enjoy their barbeque buffet. All meats are barbecued, marinated in our very own special traditional 30 year old recipes, and cooked over a griller, in its own juices. Every Saturday night from 9:30pm to 1:00am is Milonga night, where diners are invited to celebrate the famous South American music and dance.

Pampas

Pampas Grill & Bar serves South American Grill Cuisine, South American steaks and seafood as well as homemade pasta and desserts. There is also an excellent selection of wines from all over the world. Wine list features premium Argentinean wine like Malbec, it is a grape that grows to perfection. Like most South American bars, Pampas features lively South American music too.

Frangipani

Frangipani is one of the best French restaurants in Kuala Lumpur which offers nice selection of cocktails and shooters. The food is good and well prepared, ambiance fantastic and people is gorgeous. Upstairs is the chic bar to enjoy cocktails.

The Green Man

The Green Man is one of the old and most popular pubs that are sponsored by Heineken in Kuala Lumpur. It offers a wide selection of British pub cuisine with much of its ingredients being flown in from around the globe on a weekly basis. Flams
